Dwayne was the first pastor of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007, which he began in the year 2007. He also serves as Director of Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. In addition to pastoring Dwayne is a zealous advocate for equipping the new generation of Biblical counselors. He serves as a board director for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written many online pieces as well as co-author of Christ Centered biblical counseling changing lives through God's eternal Word (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne and his wife Leslie have three children.
