Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy was born in 1962. She is a well-known American actress. Her first film appearance was in Bad Boys (1983). After that she enrolled in the Bratpack and starred on screen in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club(1985) and Short Circuit (1986). Sheedy's performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (2000) won her the Independent Spirit Award, Best Female Actress. Ally Sheedy has been an American writer and actor for over 20 years. The early 1980s were when she started her career on film by appearing in the crime thriller Bad Boys. She was highly acclaimed for the film. Rick Rosenthal's film also starred Sean Penn, Esai Morales Clancy Brown & Alan Ruck. In 1985, after her debut success in a movie, the actress appeared in The Breakfast Club - a comedy/drama. John Hughes directed one of the most memorable films made for high school students. Although the budget for this film was only $1 million, the film has earned more than $50 million. As she worked on the show, her debut on television was made with CBS Schoolbreak. It was a program specifically for teens that began airing from April 1980. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid as well as Hill Street Blues are other TV shows where she was featured. in Little Sister she makes a guest appearance. She is also as a character in X-Men Apocalypse a superhero film where her character is only a short cameo. Sheedy has been praised for her outstanding performances. has won numerous awards including the MTV Movie Award for Silver Bucket of Excellence Award in the year 2005.
